About the Role

As a key member of growing Sales team, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process - from identifying and engaging new operators to building strong partnerships and supporting clients in integrating company's esports products into their sportsbooks. You’ll be working at the forefront of a fast-evolving industry, surrounded by passionate professionals who share a love for data, esports, and innovation.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the organization — including Product, Support, and Operations — to deliver exceptional value to clients and help shape the future of esports betting.

This role focuses on LATAM markets, and the ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Scope of duties

  • Take full ownership of the sales process — from identifying and engaging prospects to securing new operator partnerships.
  • Proactively research and qualify potential clients through market analysis, networking opportunities, and participation in industry conferences.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each operator.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate closely with internal teams — including Legal, Technical, Product, and Operations — to ensure seamless onboarding and contract execution.
  • Keep CRM data up to date, actively manage your sales pipeline, and provide regular updates on progress, results, and forecasts to management.
  • Represent company at major industry events and travel as necessary to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Consistently achieve — and strive to surpass — agreed-upon sales targets in partnership with management.

We expect

  • Advanced level of English and Spanish or Portuguese (C1)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the betting or iGaming sector.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial dynamics behind betting operators and their products.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach through to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the talent to adapt messaging to a variety of audiences.
  • proactive, self-driven mindset, comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a small and fast-moving team.
