Junior Business Development Representative with Ukrainian (Igaming/Betting-100% remotely)

For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position: 

Junior New Business Representative with Ukrainian  (Igaming-100% remotely)

You don’t need previous experience in iGaming or esports/betting — interest in the industry and a strong drive to grow are essential. We value motivation, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Project: we are currently looking for a Junior New Business Specialist for our client - a Swedish technology company operating in the gaming ecosystem.

Languages: English, Ukrainian

Team: 8 people. 

Location: 100% remote. 

B2B rate: 2000 EUR/msc + bonuses per month. 

Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners across international regions.

 Manage the full sales process - from prospecting and initial conversations to supporting deal closure.

 Conduct tailored product presentations and demos.

 Understand client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.

 Build and maintain long-term business relationships.

 Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, and prepare regular progress reports.

 Represent the company at conferences, events, and client meetings.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or a related role.

 A minimum C1-level command of English, Ukrainian  is essential for this role.

 Strong interest in gaming, esports, or betting (experience is not required, passion is).

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

 Ability to work independently while being part of an international and fast-paced team.
